After a great 2021 season, the 2022 season was again a great success. Disruptions due to Covid were minimal with the only major frustration being that Encounter Bay could not field a team, bringing the competition down to seven sides.
The quality of the competition took another step forward and a great season culminated in a fantastic grand final day at Strathalbyn with over 1,000 people in attendance.
Despite a wet lead up, the oval was in very good condition.
Willunga and McLaren squared off in both the U17’s and Open with Willunga coming out the winner in both games, congratulations to them.
