Roundwood Solutions have developed a new timber preservative that is more user friendly and environmentally friendly than any other treated post on the market. The new treatment plant uses Creosote as the wood preservative. The treatment is called Tanapost®. It is a new improved Creosote treatment which is a massive step forward in handling from an OH&S perspective. It is much more user friendly as it doesn’t burn the skin of operators, has a vastly reduced odour and has a 90% reduction in exposure to carcinogens when handling the posts. Tanapost® is also a full cell treatment with 100% penetration of the preservative leaving no untreated timber susceptible to insect attack and rot from moisture.
With minimal leaching into the soil or fruit, Tanapost® posts are also the only Accredited Carbon Neutral fencing product in Australia today as certified by Climate Active.

Roundwood Solutions also now offer a Post & Rail Kit. The fence kit comes pre-cut to your custom length and angles, ready to be easily assembled on site. Simply dig your post holes and slide the rails into place. Posts are available in various length and sizes in flat top or collar & point and can be sold individually or as part of a Post & Rail Kit.
