Soil tests: Before you spend serious money, we can help you better understand the condition and nutrient levels of your paddocks. Soil samples are collected by FPAG and our agronomists interpret the results using local knowledge. We can then discuss programs based on your objectives.
Lime: Local supply is tight again this year. When you place an order, be prepared to take delivery straight away. The supplier will not hold product for you. We can source lime from other quarries, but freight expenses will be higher. A low-Mag product is also available this season.
Chicken Litter: Acts as a mulch & conditions soils by adding organic matter to help improve structure and nutrient holding capacity. Also provides some nutrients and trace elements. Works best when coupled with balanced fertiliser program. Speak to us for more information.
Mushroom Compost: A new product available now for use on a broadacre scale. A fully composted product adding to the overall health of your soil. Improving structure, water retention, nutrient holding capacity, giving slow release of nutrients, improved microbial health & many more benefits. Works best when coupled with a balanced fertiliser program.
Fertiliser Blends: Beyond these soil conditioning products, FPAG can also advise on what nutrients need to be supplied to meet your pasture/crop requirements for good productivity. We can provide the right fertiliser product or blend for your situation. We can apply these products with our own spreading trucks, or work with your local spreading contractor to ensure the right products are applied at the right time.
